Past performance displayed within the Service is not indicative of future results. You alone are responsible for all trading decisions you make. The Service provides journaling and visualisation tools only — it does not predict markets or guarantee outcomes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any data or information displayed within the Service.

5. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions. You agree to use the Service only as a personal journaling and performance-tracking tool, and to seek independent professional financial advice before making any financial or investment decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Sensible Trader's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is located. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

8. Changes to These Terms
